67 THINGS TO DO IF YOU ARE BORED…

Do you ever feel uninspired to the point where you are bored out of your mind? Or let’s say all of your roommates are gone and you are home by yourself and it is during the beginning of quarantine and you are all alone and have absolutely nothing to do but stare at the wall. Well, hey I have been there, stared at some walls, and so here I am creating a list of things to do when you are bored!

  • Go for a walk (by yourself or with someone).
  • Grab a friend and drive to the nearest lake or pond and feed the ducks.
  • Look up some DIY’s on Pinterest and get creative!
  • Make a fort in the living room and have a movie night.
  • Pick wildflowers and then take them home and put them in some water and jars.
  • Pull out a cookbook, flip to a random page, and make that recipe.
  • Go to a bunch of thrift stores with a friend and pick out each other’s outfits and then go to dinner in your new outfits.
  • Reorganize your dresser drawers.
  • Clean out your backpack! You might just find that chapstick you have been looking for.
  • Call an old friend or a relative that you haven’t spoken with in a while.
  • Create some playlists on Spotify.
  • Clean out your closet and donate your old clothes to a Goodwill or Salvation Army.
  • Go to the park with a cheese board and watercolors and enjoy the sun.
  • Get organized and clean out your email and organize your planner.

  • Make some cookies and then bring a few over to your neighbor!

  • Call your brother 200 times until he finally answers and will talk to you.
  • Then get on PrankDial.com and prank call him ^^^.
  • Go to Dollar General and buy some pens, stickers, and a notebook and start a journal.
  • If you have an Eno, go to the park and set it up and relax!
  • Borrow a kayak and find a body of water and take it from there, even if it’s a pool that could make a funny picture for your instagram?
  • Go geocaching.
  • Start planning for your next trip! Thinking of the future and future trips is always fun.
  • Take 100 pictures of your mom until she yells at you. (I do this one too often)

  • Pick up your grandmother and make her go to Target with you.
  • Go to a coffee shop and order a drink you have never tried before.
  • Call some friends and tell them that y’all are going to go snipe hunting. (If you know what that is, then good for you. If you don’t, I am sorry no one has ever taken you before)
  • Grab a friend and go sit outside somewhere at a restaurant and enjoy an appetizer and a drink.
  • Go to Walmart and buy some succulents for cheap and then decorate your room with them.
