How To Make The Best Italian Caprese Bruschetta

One thing about me is that I love all things Italy. The language, the culture, the people, the views, the nature, all of it. And if you know that about me, you also know I love caprese!

I enjoy eating fresh fruits and veggies in the summer. There is nothing more refreshing than that! Shopping locally and at farmers markets is also a must in the summer times. This week, I decided to make an Italian Caprese Bruschetta. Keep reading to see how to make yours!

Fresh Ingredients:

  • Roma Tomatoes
  • Fresh Basil
  • Feta Cheese
  • Mozzarella Pearls
  • Fresh Bread

Seasonings & Oils:

  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dried Basil Leaves
  • Garlic Powder
  • Balsamic Vinegar
  • Olive Oil
  • Balsamic Vinegar Glaze

Now that you have gathered your ingredients, let’s get that bread cut.

Steps:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Slice bakery bread & place on cookie sheet
  3. Drizzle olive oil over the bread and let it toast

As your bread is getting warmed up and toasted, let’s prepare the toppings to the bruschetta!

4. Slice one tomato into small cubes

5. Season sliced tomato with salt, pepper, dried basil leaves, & garlic powder

6. Grab some fresh basil and cut it into tiny shredded pieces

Once bread is toasted, take it out of the oven to dress it in toppings! (This is the fun part)

7. Top fresh toasted bread with the following:

  • Feta Cheese Crumbles
  • Tomatoes
  • Basil
  • Mozzarella Pearls
  • Balsamic Vinegar Glaze

8. Plate it with the best looking plate you have

Now, isn’t that PRETTY???

Sit back, relax, & enjoy the BEST CAPRESE BRUSCHETTA ever! I hope you enjoyed reading this recipe, & don’t forget to comment below if you make it, too.
